We import Jute bags from India. Jute is a natural golden fibre extracted from the bark of the jute plant (Length:10 to 15 feet or 3 to 4.5 meters).

The stem of the plant is hand cut during harvesting (July to October) but root remains within the soil and further decomposes enriching the soil. The stem of the plant is soaked in water to enhance the process of fermentation.

This process lasts for approximately three weeks and is called 'Retting' after which the fibre is easily retrievable.
