Trading Terms

All orders are required to pay a 50% deposit when order is placed. The 50% balance is required once the goods have been manufactured and are ready to be shipped. We accept Maestro, Solo, MasterCard, Visa Credit, Visa Debit and Electron. Payments are processed via HSBC Secure ePayments. BACS & CHAPS payments are also acceptable, as is cheque.

Delivery Policy

Because airfreight produces 20 times more carbon omissions than sea freight, shipping is the preferred delivery option. This is free of charge to customers.

For urgent orders of 1000 bags, we are happy to organise express freight; however, this be charged at the standard rate.

We make best efforts to ship and courier your products to the UK in the most economical way possible given your specified date and production limitations. In the UK we use a respected courier service.

We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or delayed by common carrier, international or UK Customs departments or by 'acts of God'.

Air freight is available and can be quoted for upon request, this will cost extra.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel an order, cancellation fees may apply. The fees can vary from order to order depending on status of the job, but typically, the cancellation fee will cover costs involved such as set-up costs including printing plates, labour and freight. If the order has been manufactured 50% payment of the order is still payable. If already shipped, shipping costs are still payable.

Claims or Returns

In the unlikely event of a claim, only written claims will be accepted and must be made within 14 days of receiving goods. Claims or returns will only be accepted where there is a fault in the product supplied or an error in the printing. Faulty goods must be returned for inspection before a refund or replacement of stock will be issued.

Colours

Colours of pictures on this website are only indicative. For spot colour printing Pantone PMS colours must be quoted when placing order – you will be asked for this when placing your order. The colour chart can be viewed here.
